The session conveners were selected, to provide fast and efficient contact, and hence were chosen amongst our North American colleagues (where possible). However, the conveners are all guided by the principles, to follow in their selection first and foremost scientific merit, keep a regional and gender balance, and if possible provide possibilities for younger colleagues.
