We have arranged for accommodations for INPC delegates on the UBC campus and at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel in downtown Vancouver.
A variety of room options are available at UBC, from West Coast Suites to Gage Towers and are all within walking distance of the conference sites. Rates for these rooms include breakfast each morning at the Pacific Spirit Place Cafeteria in the Student Union Building (SUB). Internet
Wireless internet access will be provided on campus for all conference delegates. However, wireless access may not be available in the Gage Tower rooms; there is a charge for wired internet access. For the Marine Drive rooms, wired connection is complimentary but you must bring your own Ethernet cable.
Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel
A small room block is available downtown at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel, which is located at 1088 Burrard Street, Vancouver. A rate of $219 per night (plus taxes) is being offered to our delegates for the conference dates and for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference.
There is a bus stop across the street (Burrard Street) in front of the Sheraton Wall Centre where one can catch the 44 - UBC bus which travels out to UBC (the conference location) Monday - Friday in about 20 minutes. On the weekends one can catch the 17 - UBC or 4 - UBC buses on Howe Street at Nelson to get to UBC in about 30 - 40 minutes.
