On Wednesday afternoon, July 7, 2010, a few Excursion options will be available for delegates and their companions. These excursions will not be included in the INPC registration fee.

If traveling from outside Canada, you may need a visa to enter Canada. For a list of countries requiring visas, click here. To request a visa letter, you must first be registered for the INPC 2010 conference. On the registration form there is a place for you to request a visa letter. Your patience in this process is appreciated.

Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be provided in writing to inpc2010@triumf.ca. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after May 28, 2010. This policy also applies to extra tickets for social functions. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances.

Early Payments Eligibility for the early payment registration fee is based on the date the payment is completed, and NOT on the date the registration is made. To ensure you receive the early registration fee, please complete your payment prior to May 28, 2010.
