Eligibility for Student     Travel Grant

 INPC is committed to supporting students to attend the conference, and is therefore providing a few different levels of aid.
  1. All registered graduate students are eligible for the reduced student registration fee. You will need to provide the name and contact information of your supervisor.
  2. Special travel grants will be awarded to select students attending INPC.  These grants will be decided by the Organizing Committee and may contain one or all of the following:
      • Waiving of the student registration fee
      • Local accommodations at Place Vanier
      • Partial travel expense

A limited number of travel grants will be available to those students who submit all application materials by March 15, 2010 and satisfy the eligibility requirements.

Regrettably, these grants may not necessarily cover all costs of attending the conference. The value of each grant will be based partly on need, and will be communicated to the recipients by April 30, 2010.

The start of the application process is January 18, 2010.
