Booking & Cancellation

All tours are sold on an optional basis and based on availability.  Tours must be paid in full in order to be registered.  ICS reserves the right to cancel any or all tours at any time, if minimum number requirements are not met.

If you wish to cancel a pre-booked optional tour, you must notify ICS in writing, no later than JUNE 15, 2010.  There will be a $25 fee per tour cancelled. No refunds after June 15, 2010.

Liability Conditions

The supplier companies providing transportation and other services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint ventures with ICS or its affiliates. By agreeing to utilize the services of ICS and its affiliates or their employees or agents, participants are aware that ICS and the companies providing transportation (i.e. the bus companies, boat companies etc.) and other suppliers, shall not be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property resulting from:

a)The act of omission on the part of any person other than ICS or its employees;
b)Acts of God, sickness, theft, labour disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather or any other causes beyond ICS's direct control.

All terms and conditions, including fares, schedules, venues and rates may be subject to change, due to circumstances beyond ICS’s control. In this case, ICS will provide participating delegates adequate notice so that any alternate arrangements may be made.
