Please follow these instructions carefully to make sure that your poster can be viewed and assessed by the student poster competition judges.

• Find out the poster session (one only of Mon 19:30-21:30 or Tue 19:30-21:30) in which your poster is scheduled for display. See http://inpc2010.triumf.ca/2-posters-1-16.pdf or information displayed at the conference.
• On the day of your session, put up your poster on the display space assigned to it in the Life Sciences Center Atrium, after 07:30 but no later than 14:00.
• Be present to discuss your poster with other conference attendees from 19:30 to 21:30.
• Remove your poster no earlier than 22:30 on the day of your session, but no later than 07:30 Tuesday (for Monday presenters) or 09:00 Wednesday (for Tuesday presenters). Make sure to note whether your poster has been identified as a finalist in the competition for best poster. If it has, please remove it carefully so that it can be put on display again to be viewed with other finalists (see below).

For finalists, please put up your poster again in the INPC office (GPL) in the Chan Center, during the morning break between 10:30 and 11:00 Thursday. The posters will be taken down following judging, and you can recover yours if you wish, during or after the afternoon break between 15:35 and 16:10 on Thursday. Prize winners of the poster competition will be announced on Friday at 13:00 in the plenary session.
